Mobile Patrols
Your security concerns throughout the twilight hours, weekends and holidays, the prevention of fire or flood damage and the monitoring of vital plant machinery can all be eased by the effective use of professional mobile security patrols.Duties central to the mobile patrol service are internal and external checks of buildings at irregular times, our mobile patrol officers are often tasked with securing and alarming premises as well as preparing for the arrival of staff at the commencement of the working day.
Whilst the effectiveness of any mobile service is best measured by a reduction of incidents and early notification of prospective problems, it is our policy to forward all mobile patrol customers monthly reports from our electric patrol monitoring system.
A quality plan is drawn up at the start of each assignment in the form of comprehensive Assignment Instructions.
These are completed in conjunction with the client to clearly identify all unique requirements and to give our experienced contract managers the opportunity to reveal any areas of possible added value.
Documented visits by contract managers are arranged to assess, agree and action all aspects of the service. All clients also receive a monthly Customer Call made by our Customer Liaison Manager, during which any problems or concerns regarding any aspect of the service can be discussed
Supervising and training is co-ordinated directly by our Training Director and is carried out by a team of dedicated managers, supervisors, trainers and administrators. A Guard Control System is issued to all appropriate client sites, at no extra cost, which provides a clear printed record of all officer activity on-site.
The competency of all personnel is continually assessed, with the clear aim of achieving constant improvement and added value.
